With a vested interest in supporting members of her community, many of Romina’s works support local Toronto and GTA initiatives and artists. The Scotiabank initiative to replenish the Vaughan greenscape following the 2014 ice storm and infestation of the emerald ash beetle including the Spirit of Generosity campaign which has raised over $6 million for non-profit organizations and charities throughout the city, are just a couple of examples of her philanthropic writing.
Her compelling monthly culinary feature, Get The Dish in Snapd Vaughan showcases local restaurants, chefs, recipes and personal stories of Italian home-cooking.
